Perfect teeth?

How do you get The PERFECT smile? And how come if You brush your teeth like a bunch you still have terrible breath?

cos youre prolly not brush your tongue.


if your tongue is white at all. you need to get a tongue scraper or at least brush it out as much as possible.


if its not that then you need to see your dentist for possible tooth decay or other problems.


brush your teeth after every meal.


floss.


and if you can get whitening strips..


they really do work. crest white strips are good.


youre on a low budget so you obviously can%26#039;t get braces to correct them.


so just go with what you can.


definately brush your teeth at school if you have to. you%26#039;ll make yourself gag brushing your tongue but you%26#039;ll get used to it..


its really important to gargle with mouthwash too.


it helps with the bad breath germs.

1) Hydrogen Peroxide - I think it%26#039;s some chemical that either cleans or bleaches your teeth. But leaving it on too long will damage them.


2) Bicarbinate of Soda - This is a cooking/cleaning product. You can use it as toothepaste or mouthwash.


3) Strawberries - cut them and rub them against your teeth.





This is what I%26#039;ve heard I don%26#039;t know firsthand whether they work or not. There%26#039;s lots on the internet jjust search google.

Reply:okay, if you can%26#039;t get braces or invisalign - here%26#039;s some advice i can give you.





try a mouthwash like listerine, or even the CVS brand. brush your tongue and keep gum and mints handy. are you losing weight? people usually have bad breath while they%26#039;re on an extensive diet.





to whiten your teeth, mash up some strawberries and rub it over your teeth. they%26#039;re natural bleachers!
